Give it a little time on the screen, mail servers seem to be running a bit sluggish lately.
They're working, but sometimes they'll skip updates for about an hour, and it takes some time for updates to actually be received.

If anyone wants to join a more technologically advanced empire ask me!  My alt with my actual screen name isn't in it, but the Angelicus Empire is one of the medium sized empires now and we've got all the toys currently available in the game as far as space craft are concerned.  Also, Powah Armah!

I was casually bossing my crew around; Hover at NG, 200 degrees, etc. etc. But then the lights of the ship suddenly turned red. I ran to the captain's chair. Life Support was offline. I quickly closed the visor of my Envo Suit, and checked the sensors, There was another ship within range. It was firing at me. The hull was being heavily damaged, I had little time. I ran to the hangars, Where there was a a fighter waiting for it's pilot, I heard explosions, They fired again. I look back through the halls. I then quickly get in the fighter, then open the hangar doors. I set the throttle to max, The ship had no hope. As I looked back, I saw explosions, The Shield shimmering in the dark space. It was too late. I then noticed another fighter was following me! I quickly did a flip and targeted the fighter. I fired the weapons, But they seemed nearly useless against the superior technology. The fighter shot the last shots at me, My fighter exploded, And I was sent hurdling to the sun in my envo suit.

well yeah I've been bitching here about how ***-y PTMC was. And suddenly they swarm my ComStar thread on the forums (was posting from my friends' account) and start claiming that I was part of SD. I mean, really? You have some nice achievements (center of the galaxy-style) but that all goes away when almost every. single. ONE. of you just goes off and trolls the forum. (well not D3Matt, he's fine, #0 is ok usually too, but the rest...). Public image may not matter to you but when you go over you'll have folks knocking on your door. with miniguns and chainsaws and bazookas.

What I'm saying is, if you don't like the idea then just say so. Give suggestions, prove your points with evidence, and if you don't want to/can't do any of that, just GTFO.

I'm not really sure what your goals are here. They might be compatible with ours but maybe you should better explain what you're up to. You can contact me and maybe something can be worked out.

Certain points are rather ridiculous:
What is the point in announcing a surprise attack a minute in advance ?
Does anyone reload the forum every 30 seconds ?
How do you want to check if the attackers waited for a minute anyway ?

Why should I allow you to plant a city in nearly all of my systems on a planet capable of producing hydrogen just so you can waste the planet's station 'slot' ?

What do you think is the point of such a station anyway ?
You will need officers for them to be even remotely dangerous to anything. (Officers you won't get from me )  You're far better of with a fleet.

I'd suggest that you explain your goals better and restate your mission into something that is actually possible.

You need a solid power base and a reasonable number of human players and officers before most people will pay attention to things like that, Tolyk. I personally find a galaxy with some conflict to be more interesting than one with enforced peace, but I won't say you shouldn't pursue your idea. But you do need to build up before you make proclamations like the one on the SoH boards, if you want anyone to pay you any attention (other than trolls, of course).
It's a sandbox game, so play it how you see fit. Just a bit of advice from someone who tried to stand up too fast and lost a chunk of head for it.
