Well destroyed when water freezes - 33e

Winter hit, water froze under the well, the well became the blocks, chain, bucket, and mechanism.

It does that to Floodgates in the river too if you leave them open. Not sure about if they are closed.

How much water was in the well's square?  Any?  I'm not sure what you mean by under.
