Ok folks, 20 questions to guess the thing. Except not.

First person asks a yes/no question.

Second person guesses whether the answer is yes or no. Then makes his own question (also yes/no).

Third person can either pick the opposite of the guy before him and ask another question (yes/no).

And so on.

Example format:
