EDIT: actually, could I get it stuffed inside of some torpedoes and shot at the next uso?

How about this:

We cremate the remains of any fallen XCOM soldiers, and mix the ashes with fuel (using the ashes as primer), and use the resulting mixture as an explosive compound for our ammo bins! The soldiers get one last, explosive hurrah (and maybe get to take out one last alien), and XCOM saves on funeral expenses! That's a win-win scenario...well...except for the dead guy.

That sounds like an idea! I vote for this.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Rookies and engineers spend downtime etching the names of fallen soldiers into the sides of the rocket/ammo and remembering the magnitude of their sacrifice. Also to earn their meager pay.

If our engineers have downtime, we should crack the whip on them and sell what they make.

Sounds like you attacked a Battleship(large). Now you'll know not to attack them anymore since they both have a range to match D.U.P. Heads and kill Barracudas in ONE HIT.
