Re: Edited picture: Yeah, that's likely the problem because each ammo belt weighs at least 5. So that's 30(including the ammo in the gun) weight just from the ammo. Make my guy drop half the stuff and the Thermal Tazer and the grenades and he should be fine.

Holy crap dude, only X-Com would give their soldiers rockets for shoulder pads.
You should've saw UFO Defense. I literally make people wear ammo on their entire body.
I just send them in with Laser Rifles, so much simpler than caring about ammo.

Status Update: Doing that, your guy became much more useful and will be properly commended in the update for blowing up an Aquatoid shooting at the rest of the group.

Weapons: Whatever you need.
Bio: The son of Richard Mullar. He joined X-COM since he grew up on an X-COM base (His mother was a scientist that worked on various X-COM projects, and made the breakthrough for the flying suits.) As the son of Richard, he was drafted as a field agent, in the hopes that he inherited his father's psi powers. He rather would be a scientist though.
