I was all about Earl Grey until I started drinking Darjeeling. Darjeeling just doesn't get tart and bitter when it sits in the cup, it tends to stay very mellow. I like the briskness of Earl Grey.....but I find it less than drinkable if I let it sit and sip at it a while.

That said, Darjeeling is pricier in general and harder to find, I think. Here in America where Tea is a second class citizen to coffee, the shelves are typically overflowing with Lipton and all those crappy bulk teas.

i live next to Boulder, tea around here is Pinon Nut and Needle Tea and (amazingly) Hemp.
