Seduce the source of the gurgling.
(5)You gurgle at the gurgling and then feel something grasping, hugging and gropping you in a most unseemingly sensual manner.

i open a door whilst toting a pistol
(4)You open door 65 but you dont have a pistol.

enter toting axe
(6)You enter toting an axe so awsome and big it barly fits through the door, and dont even think about lifting it, on the other side it appears to be the ruins of some kind of roman dock, (1)the three headed guard dog looks very happy to see you since it appears to have not eaten in quite some time.

Death dejects your game and desides to just reap your smart ass, one sythe to the face later and you are done.
