if i may propose a solution to the breaking of rules, players should pm the fort's link to the op who would then pm it to the next player on the list, this way you might give a warning that it's his turn to anybody who stopped following the thread. also, it is the duty of every player to fix the rules broken by the previous players...

So, rules?
-Do not talk about the fortress.
-Do not talk about the fortress!
-Fight untill all hope is lost, no abandoning, even if you only have a single dwarf left.
-If you must abandon, it is the end of your turn, you must reclaim, and save, then upload your file.
-You can not use notes to tell players what does what, and what things are for.
-I can't enforce this in any way, but for more fun, only download the fortress when it is your turn.
-Your free to download the daily save afterwards, because tracking others progress will be fun.
-You have 24 hours to play your turn.
-You can only go for one year. Your turn ends on the first day of spring.
-At the end of your turn, you should name a dwarf after yourself, its traditional.
-Try to keep other players dwarfs alive, at least try...
-If a players dwarf dies, then you can say they have died, but you can not say when, how or why.
-Let's not go and breech HFS, as it means FPS death for all afterwards.

Sivik, I'm sorry to say that you have died.
