Tracing the light's source, you see another, larger medi-bot laying against the back wall. You crawl on over and activate it.

Medi-bot: "Proper access codes detected. Searching prosthetics database... all prosthetic limb replacements on this vessel have expired. Sorry for the inconvenience."

After a surprisingly short procedure, during which the medi-bot attaches the cheetah legs to your nervous system, you get up and check out your new legs!
