I've already read many of the pages- I got into trouble when I followed a link to Gurren Lagann, and thence to Double K, which places the cast in the setting of an 80's buddy cop movie.

You may notice that Derm didn't get any experience for that at all.

The magic system is a poor sport and doesn't like to be screwed around with.
