6's now give half an experience point, as opposed to the zero it gave before. Through some retconning with that rule in mind, Derm got some new toys! Oh, and there may have been another person with you. That had a magical demon-culling sword. Who is now at the bottom of the ocean.

I forgot to mention it in the turn before, but the mayor was carried onto the ship before the maelstrom started. So he's still with you.

There are a few ugly-looking couches and a flat-screen TV. At the back of the room you can see a pedestal. It begins shining a bright blue color as you step into the room.

(...) Pulling a scalpel from the medkit, you run into sector 5 after John and Frederick and stab John's broken hand! He screams through his thick bandages and swings his arms wildly! (...) He side-swipes you in the gut and you stagger back!
