Fantasy: Accept Side Quest from Naval Officer
(...) Walking over to the navy officer (A pirate talking to a naval officer? Hmm...) and ask him if he needs any help. He glares at you for a moment but decides to humor you.
"Well, there is one thing... we're in town following a notorious pirate by the name of Jimmy Rickets. We've been cooperating with the local guards in looking for him. Apparently, he's recently fallen in with the local thieves' guild. We want him dead or alive, if you have any info we'd appreciate it."
