Seriously aren't you forgetting about the munitions store across the road and the hunting store next door (which actually shares a conjoined interior) where you can get heavy padded vests and such...

Firearms are not evil enough. Were is the joy if you don't get to see your victims suffer? I'd suggest finding a puppy and killing it by making tiny incisions all over its body until it bleed to death.

What were my powers again? Hell if I'd remember.

Bloody hell, you're such an fucking idiot. Not even remembering memories. Gawd.

Your primary abilities include greater than normal reflexes, the ability to escape restraints, and resistance to attacks to the abdomen.

You really shouldn't forget the ever-fun multiple personalities, or the paranoid schizophrenia. I suppose that I should be using plural pronouns, shouldn't we? Limited language, we suppose.

I didn't know Houdini had good reflexes ;P

EDIT: Right down the street from Sol's No-Questions Machine Shop and Garage, which has drivable access to the city's forgotten Underground of sealed subway tunnels and stations, drainage canals, maintenance shafts, and various access to the sub-basements of many buildings in town.

EDIT2: This city is shaping up to be hell of amazing. This should definitely be the setting for a video game.

I'm surprised that anyone caught that reference.

Come on guys, this needs to be a little serious. Where would a small time villain go right out of the gate? Not city hall, and definitely not your local Guns Vests & Armaments/Wal-mart/Chevy dealer.

Both those places have hella security.

He'd go to theory shop and would buy a puppy before killing him by torture.

Yup, but killing puppies would mark us as a true evil genius to the population (well, the part of the population that is female and 14-years-old at least.), whereas as long as it happens out of sight, people are kinda happy of having less hobbos on the streets.
