I heard they added in d-pad controls.  Otherwise I haven't played either.

There was a fairly large thread about it in the Other Games forum.

I've heard about it, but haven't got it, due to my most advanced piece of handheld gaming equipment being an ancient GBA.

While I like the series I only find it mildly entertaining and WAAAAAAAY to easy (goodness easiest puzzles EVER)

It isn't that I am uncreative it is that I cannot suspend by disbelief because I can see the game's programming to plainly to get entertainment from the fantasy set ups.

It is definately a game you should be careful of in terms of "You may not get the hype." Then again I am noticing that with ANY game that reinforces creativity that they are extremely hit and miss because most of them, and by that I mean nearly all, come at the cost of raw gameplay (YES even Minecraft ya hippies)

They added d-pad controls and adjectives.

The levels are worthless, the main part of the game is the title screen.

Tips: A stack of "living top hat"s as tall as the screen can make any TF2 player jealous. Also, "supersonic dragon wings" are really fun to wear. A "dwarven loo" will, when created and then removed, reduce the bar at the top of the screen more when removed than it increases it when added,  so you can use it to greatly exceed the normal number of objects at any given time. Potions can be used on an object to apply all of their adjectived to the target object (a blue potion grants the blue adjective, etc.).

Bought it for myself a while ago, lots of fun. I stick mostly to the title screen. Lots of experimentation for how many brave soldiers it takes to down Cthulu.

Interesting note about dwarves:

Which is odd because Carp are so deadly because Dwarves are unafraid of them. In fact so much so that they will suicidally charge into water with no ability to swim in order to tackle them.

A google search reveals, yes.
It's awesome, If you google nearly any game, you'll likely come across a B12 thread within the first few pages.
I shall get this I believe.
