I played this again the otherday, I went uber free market. I did excellently until the mid 90's where my policies lead the countrys economy to crash into unsusanable debt and ruin. :(

Great game  :D

To break the monotony of Ligachev, I say Yeltsin.

Who doesn't?
I vote Gorbachav or try Ligachev until it gets long enough to be interesting.
Yeltsin is far too capitalist, I've never played myself so I'm hopeing that Gorbachav can eventuilly move back to communism.

No, Ligachev all the way. There is no way like the Ligachev way!

Sorry to come in a little late, but I've just recently gotten into the game myself.  It's great stuff, even if it does have some shortcomings.

I've created a fan site for it: http://peyre.byethost8.com/Kremlin/index.htm.  You can download the game from there if you need.

You can also download the manual.  I couldn't find a copy anywhere, so I bought an old copy of the game and scanned the manual.  Nice to have, even if it didn't explain what's going on when parts of Russia itself turn color.

I wonder if I should try to restart this. I sort of forgot about it because the poll was 8-8 for the longest time.

Secession. The authors thought the southern districts might secede like Lithuania or Belarus did. It didn't quite happen that way IRL.

Indeed. If screenshot LPs were less annoying I'd restart this. Video attempts have...not gone well.

Try postcard format!

You post one, and only one, screenshot per update.

While taking several pictures, you chose the one that best defines your turn, and let it stand alone.
