I think we should try to batter down that door asap. In fact, that'll be my action, unless anyone comes up with a good enough reason not to.
The door was, at least partly, wooden, right? In that case, ask to borrow one of the srone axes to make the downbreaking easier.

Well, that will do. I'll take the machete to go around and cut liana, and try to find some bamboos for pillar. From then, it should be fairly easy.

If anyone cuts down a tree I'll make a battering ram out of it then.

I just remembered; since you wanted more detailed actions, I'll change mine to

I gotta be honest, I'm really not sure what we're going anymore.  So I say I'll take some time to explain what we found at the village to everybody, take stock of all the stuff we have, and start making any tools that come to mind, including spears or machetes or whatever.  I have a feeling we'll be busy a while.
