I'd prefer not to have someone be able to nullify their Handicap by simply sleeping at a certain time of day, but on the other hand, I'd rather not mess up the entire phase after he wakes up. Unless he can't think of anything else, then it'll have to do.

I'll save Maxi the trouble. Kitsunin, you can only decrease the skills at a TOTAL of -5, not as in each skill but as an overall...

Ah yes, as I said, I was in a hurry, and I wanted to get this posted before having to leave, since this seemed to be filling up quite quickly, I also completely forgot a few things, and realized it would be quite silly for one who knows a little about using pistols to be terrible with rifles, as well as completely forgetting that I have a much better idea for a flaw than I currently chose.  Editing now...

For things I have a slight knowledge in, I put 0. for things I've never done before, I put -1 or so. For things that I've tried before, and failed at, I put -3 to -5.

Seems to work out.
