On that note I am not sure why people see Japanese culture as so alien, if ya cherry pick examples ya can make any culture look kinnda weird.

Because it IS very alien? I don't see how you can claim it's not.

An absolute classic.
Wha...?!?

It's either for hotels or airplanes. I'm not sure which. Maybe a delivery service?

I try to resist it, but dammit every time I tell myself that you don't ship us all you say stuff like that.
If I said I originally read the title as "I've Fell in Love With Japanese Aids"...

Depends on both where in Japan you are selecting and where in whatever other culture you are selecting. And it also depends on how the culture is presented. If you just show people animations of raccoons with huge balls they morph into parachutes then people will be confused, but if you explain the mythology beforehand and show them how it has evolved in the culture then it's significantly less strange, especially if people are honest with themselves and know their own huge morphing-nut animal story in their own culture and acknowledge that they have some sword things too.

And yeah, just looking at them as a very traditional and sort of spiritually-founded culture that is very intent on being the best I can see they are not too alien.

I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

Eh, I just kinda have to put this here. Even if not Japanese.

Also, about our strange Little Red Riding Hood... Anabuki is a construction company.
