Adequate UNKNOWN?

I got 8 dwarfs in my latest migrant wave, and one of them has no skills what-so-ever. I looked at him on Dwarf Therapist and it says he is an adequate UNKNOWN. Any ideas what he does?

It might be a bug with DT, it even says that migrant waves are based off shady guesswork.

I had that and from what I can tell, it is some skill that exists in worldgen, but not as something in fort mode.

ie: adaquate military tactician
