After he wakes up, Zrallin goes off to find Ochita and Disaed. He thanks them, saying, "I just want to say, I am eternally grateful to you both for bringing me back into fighting form so quickly. I seem to have lost some coordination, but I'm sure that's just a temporary effect of the wine. I must have had a lot in me. At some point I thought I saw something that looked like a ghost."

Later, when Caboose return's with his news, Zrallin responds, "I'll bet that clumsy Sludge Elf has left tracks all over the woods leading right to our doorstep. One of these days I need to teach her a thing or two about stealth.

"All right, we can still turn this into a positive. We were hoping to capture the Dwarves for questioning, and one of them has wandered right into our grasp. Let us quickly go surround the group and take them all prisoner. No one should make any strike against them unless they attack first. I'd say the Sludge Elf should stay behind, because I don't think she can prevent herself from murdering everything in her sight, but we need all the elves we have to create the illusion that we come from a much larger fighting force."

Zrallin grabs three pieces of cloth to use as restraints, says, "Whoever's with me, let's go," then runs off to capture the group.

Eh. I got lots of people posting only short term actions relating to the hunting party so... Next turn will only cover 6 hours until midnight.

[sidetopic]
For the players to this game, I'm overwelmed by the urge to make a picture of all the elves.
Please do not post any of the stuff here as it would just clutter, instead pm me, thank you.

Discuss ICly or OOCly how to handle the hunting party. I need at least 3-4 elves on the same page, because it will be chaos if everybody does their own thing in this situation. Chaos is fun but I don't want half of you dead and/or killing each other on only the 5th update. I will ignore all actions related to the goblin situation posted before this. Also keep in mind that you want to be in great shape for the fight against the spirit at dawn, so keep up with your sleep and try not to get hurt if you plan on helping Ochita. Remember that I'm making an exception to my '12 hour night turn' rule here because there are two major and unavoidable events scheduled to occur, and you may want to know how the first turns out before deciding how your character will handle the second.

Also here are the results of the belated skill leveling checks:

Ochita gains a level in medicine
Disaed gains a level in medicine
Selande gains a level in processing
Caboose gains a level in prayer

I will update game information and try to get all the character sheets on one page tomorrow.

My character would say "Maybe we be friend with them, them not hurt us if friends, and we can eats the fishy eggs and the tasty room plants with them and dance and be happies." but will help kill the hunting party if we cant be friends or if the rest deside its not going to come to deplomacy. I believe however that a suprise attack with all the elves would be the best course of action either before they get to the fort or in the fort with all the lights out, or perhapes both, or try to get the hunting party to follow a group of evading elves until near dawn and then use the ghost to attack the hunting party by having ochita bring it on them at dawn, then mop up who wins, or as ic would say, "Is she going to help us fight them?"

I would like to go ahead with the plan I already suggested. If anyone has a better plan, or any other plan at all, please say so.

I'll join in on that, seems no other thing has come up.

Ochita can just knock them out with rocks, so surrounding them is completely unnecessary.

Bludgeoning people on the head is a terrible way to subdue them if you want them to survive. It's even worse if you intend to derive information from them later.

If you can keep rocks suspended over their heads, that should keep them from trying anything funny when we capture them.

He has two points in the skill, he should at least be able to avoid bludgeoning anything he doesn't want bludgeoned with it. It doesn't even have to be falling rocks, I'm just saying that we have options that are more convenient than sending a bunch of puny elves that are borderline unarmed to fight a hunting group.
