Well, it wasn't exactly gruesome, but it was awesome. I took on a Moon Monster which had killed 5 werewolves, I sahrged at it trying to bite its head, it fell over, then, I bit (or tentacled, I was a Mind Flayer) its lower body, and then shook it, tearing it in half.

I bit a kobold in the head, shook it around and ripped it's head off. Then I spit the head at another kobold, he dodged it but it hit a kobold bowman behind him, tearing his brain through his skull and insta-killing him.

I shot someone's phallus off with an arrow... also someone's head, the arrow proceeded to embed itself in the next guy behind's leg.

Well... i was once beating the crap out of a dragon with three companions, and after 30 RL min beating him, breaking bones on nearly every hit, i came to realize that i was not killing him because i was dual-wielding a pair of copper boots instead of my pick-whip combo. Yeah, i kept bashing him more than two days with a pair of copper boots. By the time he was killed ( a pick to the face) he was ALL red. And whn i say all, i mean ALL -the horns, the wings, the ribs, the toes & fingers...
After that adv died, i checked the dragon's profile in legends. She was there from the time before time and had killed nearly 400 individuals...
I just imagine the mighty dragon thoughts while her bones were made into paste by my adv.. Something like...
FOR *insert some divinity name here* FINISH ME OFF PLEASE FINISH ME OFF!

I was in the Arena, Bronze Colossus, and fighting 15 bog frogs. I was having fun, and then.....

It was like Bog Frog Golf. I had so much fun, i made four more bronze colossusess and around 100 bog frogs. I would grab a bog frog's legs, break 'em, grab it's arms, break those, and throw 'em EVERYWHERE!!

I've managed to pull a Black Knight on more than a couple of bandits, severing their arms and legs without killing them. They die within a few turns of the "surgery".

Well, mine was when I was sent to kill some mountain titan that ended up being something like "a gigantic winged snail with opal feathers". I had tons of companions with me who did most of the work, but after about 5 minutes fighting it and it still not dying I looked at its status screen. All of its limbs were missing, it was bleeding heavily and its body was injured in pretty much every way possible. I stabbed it in the body and tore its brain, but it DIDN'T DIE! I stabbed it in the body again, tearing its brain a second time, and it finally died. I'll put up pictures in a little bit if i still have them.

My late dual-pickaxe wielder had a nasty habit of severing stuff with every swipe. Felt pretty messed up as I just tore my foes apart with ease.

I was playing genesis mod. I got ambushed by orcs and all of my peeps were killed but left almost all orcs unconcious. I killed the awake ones and went up to the unconcious ones and bit their "phallus" and both of their testicles and ripped them off. OUCH!!!!!

Well, when playing Genisis I am partial to biting off somebody's penis (finger if female, but that's not as fun D:) and beating them to death with it.
