Apparently, nobody talked about family values back when everyone supposedly had them.

That's because they were ubiquitous and there was no need to talk about them. And no one was bitching about the lack of them.

the ultimate comparison
robots are the new overlords! However, they're on the upswing, it won't last forever.

Dragons and dwarves are the blue-chips here, with by far the best record of the group.
Go back to 1600 and see what happens!  :o

Also, I think this is due to all of Google's old books being annotated.

France, in 1744, declared wtf against England
WIN

"In the name of his Majesty, King Louis XV, Sovereign of France and Navarre, we do hereby issue an ultimatum to our royal cousin, King George II of England, and in light of his recent actions on the Continent against our good friend ally and likewise royal cousin, Philip V Bourbon of the Spanish throne of Castile and Aragon, we are forced to ask, seriously -- what the f**k?

Oh, and all your base are belong to us.

Yours honorably,
Louis Phillipe Bourbon, REX. FRANCORUM"

Ahahaha, this is the funniest thing all day.

Also, I thought the pirate, ninja, robot, vampire, dragon, etc thing was cool. Funny how the robot topped out in that stupid disco era and awesome that dwarf is along the lines of dragon and still beats those sissy vampires.

Thanks to this, I have discovered that they used to use 'f's in place of 's' in the 1600s. Cue immature giggling.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.
