Ok, The conditions for the officers in bootcamp and wolfchild's employers are fantastic, unfortunately this comes at the mild cost of the conditions for both of them (1)

Everybody gets water tanks filled with water except Sheb who has an empty watertank -- it has a hole in it (6)

Quip's bed creaks so loudhe can't sleep but sheb gets the most comfortable bed in the world

Quip's squeaky bed doesn't matter much as he takes a sleeping pill and is knocked out for a whole month - miraculously he doesn't starve -- to death (yet)

Everybody gets a delicious and fatty cake that looks so good that they have to eat it nearly immidiately -- unfortunately for Quip he's snoring and unable to eat cake.

dwarfguy2 becomes an officer and is sent off to war with the worst bunglers Ever!  They manage to lose the map and rations(3)

Sheb has knives like excalaber and Quip leaps after the food Quip is chopping losing both hands.
The cut is so fantastic he denies that he is cut as he sprays blood everywhere.(6)
