OK I PMed you three with goals.  post here or PM me if you did not get a goal.

For now I'm going to have 3 NPC's.  2 will be placeholders and one will start and finish off rounds.
The placeholders will have goals ans will wish towards them on a 6. 
all will corrupt randomly with a 6 being (if I know how within rules) directly vs. player goals.  A 1 may help the player.

None of these rolls will be revealed.

The devil has given 6 people many wishes.  Unfortunately for them they had poor stats in law, religion, and folklore.  They did not read the fine print:  te other wishers will corrupt the wishes and anyone who does not reach their goal will die, losing their soul.  the wishes, of course end when a goal is met.

NPC1 makes the first wish:

"I wish I had an Oscar Meyer weiner!"
