Carefully pry what you can see out of the mine with minimal vibration while floating on hoverboards (barely any Materials gained, but safe)
Restart Mining, get Material. (Steady Material flow again, but cause the burrowers to start appearing)

Alright, can I have a character on the waiting list? If so, then

Nodachi Nokami: son of Kenwashi Nokami, come to take his revenge using the two handheld railguns.

Railguns filled with grapeshot thus super shotguns.

Super shotguns thus capable of taking out large amounts or swarmers, and if he has no time to reload, reverse the grip, and they are tesla kataras again.

I'll add you when I get back, go to go help with something, it'll probably take awhile.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I gather some large rocks in a pile next to the entrance. ((Which entrance am I at?))

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.

*High Fives zeno back*
I take the plasma generator off my sword, and put it in a gun, which i then automate into a plasma turret.
That would leave me with a electrified sword.

Jacen, you're with Twil at the Northwest Gate.
Also, do you want to change weapons? anything thats not being used right now (like rty's Katara Railgun/Tesla Katara) is available for use.

Those engineers are pretty greedy, but that suit will be worth it so I'll just keep at it for now.

Its probably because they're forth-most important in the entire dome, since they keep all the power on. (most important being the Mayor keeping panic at bay, 2nd being a combination of the farmers and the water checkers, 3rd most being you defenderpeople)

If the railgun does what it does right now by completing the current of 2 rails, what would one completing the current of 4 rails do?

Probably nothing special, or not functioning. It's the current that matters.

But that says that the current completes an electromagnet, wouldn't an electromagnet with twice the power shoot things out twice as fast?

Yes, that's what I said.
The power of an electromagnet depends  on the current. >_>

WEEK 2, DAY 4

A GIANT ARMORBEAST is attacking! it is more Armor than beast. (HUEG, bad midweek luck roll.)
Spoiler: Map (click to show/hide)

Griph dashes over to help Zeno & George!
Griph Combined Roll: 35
+2 electro-trench bonus
-2 heavy armor penalty

Zeno Combined Roll: 24
-2 heavy armor penalty

George Combined Roll: 17
-2 heavy armor penalty

Twil & John rush over to help as well! John also brings the second railgun.

Twil Combined Roll: 15
+2 for high elevation
-2 heavy armor penalty

John Combined Roll: 14
-2 heavy armor penalty

Railgun Rolls: 10,7 (1d20)
-1 heavy armor penalty
+1 plugged in power bonus

Griph manages to get a strong hit in, as does Zeno, but no one gets a good, damaging hit in, and the railguns barely damage it. It stomps forward and attacks the defenders!

Armorbeast roll: 39!
Griph Save (must get at least half its roll, still 2d20): 30
Zeno Save: 7
George Save: 25
Twil Save: 29
John Save: 12

The beast brings down its massive armored fist, shaking the ground with the force of the blow!
Zeno, Archer, has been Crushed.
John, Rifleman, has been Crushed.

Griph dodges the blow fairly easily, while George and Twil just manage to avoid it.  Shaking it off, they attack again!

Griph Roll: 29
George Roll: 30
Twil Roll: 40!
Railgun Rolls: 24,11 (1d20)

BOOM, HEADSHOT!

The things falls to the ground (this time not on the dome, thankfully), a surprised look on what would count as its face. The engineers quickly haul the thing in with the forklifts.

There are now 60 TINY ALIENS, 5 SMALL, 25 MEDIUM ALIENS and 2 HUEG bodies dead and ready to trade. Griph has 20 TINY, 0 SMALL, and 3 MEDIUM ALIENS, and half of one of the HUEG bodies in his pile. Trader has left. The miner guard hears more ominous noises from the other side of the caved-in mine entrance.

Health:
Griph: OK!
Zeno: DEAD!
George: OK!
Twil: OK!
John: DEAD!

RP/Non-RP time go! (Sorry, Jacen. You didn't get to stay very long :( )
