You walk behind Furtaka, who is driving the slow hovercart in what you hope is the right direction. Griph has yet again declined to help with this , earning himself the title of "The True Loner" from the domesfolk.

2 days later, you find several houses on fire, and somekind of chaingun-gun atop the town hall. A gun that triggers other guns that fire all at once. Genius, these people are. You wonder how such smart, yet short, people ended up thrown out of the dome to help with the mining. It also seems to work as a fairly good doomie repellent, though you wonder if it'll even scratch armor...

It appears the sight of such devil magic hath inspired the adventurers into silence as they contemplate how best to implement these ninja tricks at the dome.

...Speaking of the dome, IS IT SECRET? IS IT SAFE? Has Griph defended its legacy on his own!? Only time shall tell next time... on Trapped Dome Z!

You return to the dome, and see it aflame! Griph is running also aflame while being chased around by doctors. the sturdy transparent non-glass stuff its made from was never found to be flammab-OHF**K.

You see what the fire has come from. ARTILLERY BEASTS. FLINGING GIANT CHUNKS OF FLAMING GREENISH BLACK GOO.

Yes, the village is saved.
The domespeople however, are half-blinded due to smoke fogging up the dome, 1 defender is on fire, and the Artillery beasts aren't getting any closer.
