So...

Carefully pry what you can see out of the mine with minimal vibration while floating on hoverboards (barely any Materials gained, but safe)
Restart Mining, get Material. (Steady Material flow again, but cause the burrowers to start appearing)
Ignore Mine. (Explain in post, please)

We don't actually know where the dome is, so if you guys really want to keep it, then we should set this area up as a main base of operations, then when we find the dome, we should send one or two people to get a tractor or something to come back and get the semi-portable hole.

Do you guys really want to drag all those scouts right next to your dome?

setting up there is a good idea, though. not much else visible except sand, sand, and sand. and a cactus off yonder.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Cactus is not scout.
Cactus is also not Spy.
Cactus is just plant.

Possibly, though if my rockets run out of fuel, I will crash and probably die.

He won't die from that, the armor is too good. He'd die from being stuck as a rock in the middle of a desert.

Furtaka stands on Griph, and Nodachi carefully boosts up for a minute, but nothing can be seen except the vast dunes of sand, the hole, and the lone cactus.
