aha, but my brilliant plan worked...

I take out the medics and the people they're trying to bring back!

"You know what guys? You're on your own. Anybody that isn't braindead or out to be a Firebat, go do whatever to their base. Or just sit at the Sniper tower and chat. Xavier, come with me. You have better mental health than plenty of the other guys."
John approaches the enemy base, attempting to attack them from as far away as possible.

While insulting the marines is probably not the best idea, most of them are locked up right now.  WHO CARES ABOUT THE FUTURE, AMIRIGHT?  Oh wait, why are a bunch of marines/firebats issuing death threats through the comm. . .

(trait gain, Insulting, you might not want to go on shore leave any time soon)

Since John is the closest to you, follow his orders.

Running forward you and John rush solo up the ramp when all of a sudden despite having your guns blazing your leg locks up.  John himself  has his left and right arms lock up.  Apparently the roof-top Marines are covering the medics as best they can.  Fortunately, you're both far enough away now that the other marines shouldn't be able to hit you.

Ask Amilie if she can figure out the number of poeple at the base.
If it is three to five, team up with an NPC Marine or two/three and go retake it.
If it is more than five, go with John.

You have been put on hold.  Please wait until an operator is available, or try again at another time.

aha, but my brilliant plan worked...

OOC: I'm putting you on hold for a minute fuzzy...

Between all the frozen marines and foliage in the fields, you can't get a clear shot at the medics.

"That great dumbass John!" tough Emily. "We could have the flag right now! But wait a minute. It seems the others teams members aren't keeping us locked by shooting at us repeatedly! Well, as soon as I unlock, I'll try to shoot down their medics."
Then, on the team channel:

"Guys, as soon as I unlock, I'm going for the medic. Nick, Aaron, you're going for their medics too, our medic will lie down and try to stay unlocked while the rest of the team shoot everything else.

John, we could really use some backup in 55 seconds. If you could charge at that moment to maximize the surprise, it would be perfect.
"

Unfortunately, the medic is being covered by somebody else, but you manage to refreeze the marine she is healing.

i try to flank them so that i can shoot if the try to move out.

As soon as you get out of the lock, you jump to the ground so that you're a smaller target.

((They're already being flanked by team 2.0, and you don't have enough unlocked time to join them))

Enemy Actions
3 of the Enemy Marines in the field become unlocked by the medical team  The all start to retreat back towards the base, but shoot backwards while they do so, refreezing a few people.

"This is ridiculous."

Attempt to lead sniper team to pick off enemy medics. Ideally, me and the other medic remain behind the marines.

Shoot at the retreating marines, in a risky way (Aka: it's okay to get shot if that allow me to shoot more of them.

"If this was real I'd be beating them to death right now."
John runs around as a distraction.

You attempt to run around, and distract the enemy marines, but since you are too far away to shoot, they ignore you.

Follow john's orders, making sure to actually HEAL this time around.

As John runs around, you heal yourself and him.

"This is ridiculous."

Attempt to lead sniper team to pick off enemy medics. Ideally, me and the other medic remain behind the marines.

Most of the Marines are tired of just standing around so they follow you making sure to shoot the enemy scouting party before leaving Amelie there by herself.

Provide support to sniper team.

You follow Deb's lead and manage to unfreeze the other medic.

Let's try this again, without fail!
Chew self out for not being good leader, then get with the new and improved assault team and try not to completely fail this time.

With most of the sniper team coming to back you up now, you decide to just let John run around and try to distract the enemy.  Running forward, you knock the medigun out of the hands of one of the medic and shoot her in the face while she's lying on the ground.  Then quickly you whip around and shoot the other medic.

"It's time to man up, let's finish this." you say leading the unfrozen troops into the fields, providing some cover from the enemy fire.

Shoot at the retreating marines, in a risky way (Aka: it's okay to get shot if that allow me to shoot more of them.

"As long as we keep our medics unlocked, it is no problem getting locked ourself!"

Running forward berserker-style, you manage to shoot one of the marine in the head.  You manage to control your battle fury remembering that you're all training to be Marines of the Dominion.

Amelie does her thing-dramatic slow mo headshots of medics

With the medics taken out by Nick  you look through the scope and find one of the marines on the top level poking his head up.  With a clear shot, you focus, pulling slightly on the two stage trigger.  Now with only one stage between you and your prey, you focus and make your last minute adjustments.  Then, with the twitch of a single muscle, the shot goes off and freezes the marine, looking out over the field.

Looking around you notice you are alone now.  You manage to hide yourself in some nearby tall grass and bushes for protection from people looking for you.

follow any order from higher in the chain of command or simply shoot

With Nick taking leadership again, you stay with him and shoot at the retreating marines.  As you spray, you see you froze two marines legs and they're moving much slower now.  Heh, easy pickings.

NPC Marines
They refreeze all the Marines in the fields that haven't been unfrozen yet.  Unfortunately one gets frozen by a well placed shot from a marine in the wall above.

John assaults the base from the area that has most protection from the Shooters on the Roof.
