You get up to the top of the sniper tower and look out over the landscape.  Not seeing any blue figures immediately, you focus on hearing the thoughts of your enemy.  You focus on one person's thoughts.  He's in the Blue Base guarding the flag.  Unfortunately he other than that information, you can't glean anything useful.

John moves his men to the north side of the plateau. The one we're on.

Several of the Marines start questioning your orders.  "Why the hell we doin' what you say?  We got them on the run, we should just run up there and blast them." as infighting breaks out nobody moves to the Northern edge of the Plateau.

John also orders a fireteam of 4 to stay at the Sniper tower, consisting of Deb, Amelie, another Marine and a Medic.
"Oh right, hey Amelie, why don't you go read their minds? Might dig up something useful."

This team dutifully follows its orders and positions itself at the top of the sniper tower with the flag.

Amelie raises John on the comm. "All I could get was there was at least 1 guy guarding the flag in their base. Also, what the hells going on down there? The other team is probably hunkering down while we waste time. Get your asses moving already!"

Amelie moves to the top floor and chooses a good camping spot. She keeps an eye on the field, and the fallen enemies, making sure to fire a shot every two or three minutes to keep them down.

Follow orders, keeping low, and healing when need be. Attempt to also fire your needle gun when the orders to fire are given. Request if you and one other marine can go out as a scouting party.

((That's because your orders were disrupted by the leadership roll failure.  I should note, you don't have access to any personal supplies, you have standard load-outs, meaning you have modified flak pistols for defense as a medic.))
