Dude, your character doesn't come from Mar Sara, he wouldn't have heard of Raynor, Dominion doesn't glorify him either. I assume it is at this time the time before Raynor defected.

Xavier heads into town to first find a store, hopefully one that sells parts that can help him upgrade stuff
