Obviously the body would reject it naturally, but that's true of normal organ transplants, there are ways to fix/work around it.

I'm not sure I've ever heard a queen talk. Unless the voice telling me to spawn more overlords is a queen.

In terms of rogue broods, remember there are methods to mind control zerg. Even if we can't get control of a whole brood or mini-brood, we could probably get a pet hydralisk or something. Or mind control a drone in an attempt to make our own brood, with predictably disastrous results when they turn on us.))
