While playing a harrier (bird) clown made out of ash, a bogey kicked me in half.

That is a horrible....._____...But it isn't a death yet  ;)

My big mistake when underestimating an elephant. My axedwarf companion (retired elite) and me were traveling the countryside when suddenly, one elephant comes charging at us! The axedwarf responded immediately shouting his warcry and swinging his axe. It hit the tusk but glanced away (steel  :P ). The elephant went on and gored through his partial plate armor and then decided to push him into a murky pool.

I was left alone and helpless as my companion slowly dragged himself out of it (yay swimming!). The elephant turned one dark eye towards me and charged. Backwards.

My axedwarf companion dodged it for some time yet he didn't see the cliff wall right next to him. It was a horrible end.

And I soon followed, you cannot outrun an elephant :'( .

Breaking your upper or middle spine is always fatal, from my experience. You will suffocate, probably even if you fast travel away. You can break your lower spine but it'll leave you a paraplegic.

before i stopped being a n00b (2 hours ago,i started playing adv yesterday) i was very usedd to getting grouped by boogeymen, also,i use sound sense from lazy newb pack, their growls...their moans...the shouts, everytime i get ambushed by the boogeymen i have a heart attack, the only thing that revitalizes my organs is the shock that all my effort is gone because im dead...

by the way, everyone says dying from a kick to the face is so absurd, but i train martial arts and you CAN be killed by a kick to the head,it has happened around...50+ times?
what happens many times is that the kick hits the chin and cheek, twisting the head and not only breaking the neck but also damaging (seriously mauling) the brain.

Not much. Finaly got my first vampomancer off the ground.
Add in my modded secrets for Flame and telekinisis, and I'm basicly invulnerable.

I had an above ground garden built in the grounds of my castle and two young dwarves spent time socialising there over the summer and at the end of the summer they were in love. Remember those long summers of your childhood? That first kiss in the gardens while crossbows dwarves shoot goblins above your head? The rain of dead birds as the hunters get to work? Truly Spearhills is a paradise.

Shouldn't be lethal, you say? It is when you then fall down a nice deep pit!

Corner campers. It's the only way I can explain an archer having already drawn his bow, knocked an arrow, and taken aim when the door opens.
