I may have accidentally set myself on fire with a pyromancer spell while killing filthy bandits. I then jumped into the river and promptly bled to death.

Ignited a berry bush and got stuck on it, forgetting to alt+move away. I skipped loads of turns hoping that the bandits that were chasing me would charge me off (they didn't), so I just stood there and began to melt...

Remembered alt+move and ran around the battlefield melting leaving a trail of myself behind and then got lashed in the head and died. While melting.

Killed a group of boogymen crippled missing my arm and leg a dog comes up to me and nudges my head splitting my brain [or scratches] damn shame i was purging the world of undead and die to a simple dog

Mauled by a cave crocodile that came out of nowhere. I mean literall I was walking along, dragging my fresh giant olm kill behind me to beat things with and while absentmindedly walking away I was suddenly liberated of both legs and an arm.

Ordinarily I would have raged and savesummed at that, but... I gotta let than one pass just because of how sudden that was for an animal.

1) Mauled to death through a zerg-rush of cats and geese. Killed about twenty before a cat tore an artery open.
2) Picked a fight with a bandit chief.
3 through 5) Met bogeymen.
6) Pissed off a camel.
7) Tried to beat up a Night Freak with a sack full of rocks.

Froze when the river decided to ice over.
9) Went swimming/drowning - character refused to climb out of the river.

I was going to get me some companions. I walked inside the fortress and got up one of the towers

"Hey, want to join me on adventure?"
"Sure!"

I walk to the stairway (He was on the top) and the suddenly...

I fell down the stairs and am unconscious. I have broken ribs and then I bleed to death

Well that was one of the most lame deaths ever.

I got instantly killed by a goblin lasher. I didn't even have time to see him. It was pretty funny.

So my adventurer took down about three roving kobold gangs in the sewers and then got eaten by a giant dingo. It sucked.

Well, here's my latest somewhat heroic death.

I was just wandering around a forest and I stumbled upon a tomb.

Being the bold adventurer that I am, I went to investigate.

I found a mummy along with about 7,000 corpses, (not really) and he raised them ALL.

I charged into battle, war axe in hand, and a martial trance to boot.

I killed about 8 zombies before the mummy came up and sliced my face off with a mere slicing knife.

my most recent death was right at the beginning with my latest adventurer when i stumbled into an axeman in the catacombs of a keep, while looking for equipment. he managed do severe motor and sensory nerves in both my arm. after which the fight reached a standstill with me trying to kick him and him trying to hit me through my iron armor and getting deflected with his silver greataxe.
i finally got a lucky shot and broke some of his bones (after going up to novice kicker, halfway to adequate) and killed him hen he fell unconcious.
then another axeman and a swordsman came round the next bend and that was that.

I went hunting for a frothing lunatic and wound up fighting Human McNeo.

My heroic swordsman received a mission to kill a local werebeast. Normally these guys aren't too bad if you face them during the day, since to a man they're all butt-naked and totally unarmed. What proceeded was about a hundred goddamn attacks with this naked crazy guy dodging every single one and beating me in the stomach with his fists. He pounded me stupid - and then dead.

Was a master lasher and wrestler fighting a deity had my arm in a lock for a good day as i kept beating him down i became a legendary fighter dodger and lasher he rips off my arm and sprays poison into my wounds kill him and dead ;_;
