The eating of other sentient species is not cannibalism.  It is only cannibalism when one eats the flesh of one's own species.  For example dolphins can be shown to be both sentient and sapient, and no one would think your a cannibal for eating one.

you can still Eat same race body parts if you use a adventurer reaction and convert it into booze.
hmmm Dwarf booze. Even better if you use Companions corpses though it's fine if you rez them later.

if I can reverse darius's make creature sentient to have a reverse effect on the race creature then one can consume and butcher humans!
