1. Dig out an arena
2. Build the cage in the arena
3. Link cage to a lever
4. Send in a warrior/child/jaguar/dragon/???
5. ??
6. Profit Fun!

Station some military around the cage, then try and pit him.
The goblin will escape the dwarf dragging him, but not the military.
