Just been to work and remembered that many lagers/ales/ciders are made up of several ingredients ...

So is this possible in DF yet?

Well yes.
Were we to mod in a more advanced brewing system, we would need to.
1) Make the ingredients somehow. What goes into most brews anyway?
2) Make 'false' herbs that have an alcohole attached, but never grow anywhere.
2) Make a custom workshop, because you can't use custom reactions on a still, so something like a brewery is needed.
3) Make custom reactions with the brewery that take the ingredients and produce the custom alcohol.

So not easily done at the moment  so  not be replicating the fact Magners Irish Cider is made from 16 different apples soon  :P

They do put gold in beer, which is dwarfier anyway.

EDIT: Turns out it's schnapps, not beer. Close enough.

Just make the booze production require a copper barrel, rather than any container. :P
