Bah what a waste, it used invisibility teleport to invade my fortress (read: I wasn't looking), didn't shoot any webs, and caught one of my dwarfs off guard who decided it was time to pick up a dress in the bottom of the cavern. Said dwarf is missing his foot now, and a random soldier killed the Kite.

At least now he won't be so concerned with fetching random bits of clothing.

Speaking of which, why was there a dress in the bottom of the cavern?

Must have been a hell of a party.

There were TWO

One of them was owned by the swordsdwarf who killed the beast. The other was unclaimed.

Also she belonged to my all female military unit with all the members nicknamed "Oneesama". Except the leader who is "Mistress".

also the "Kite" above it was in an anime

I had deep respect for your reference to .//hack until you failed to remember that that character appeared in the Video Games only.

A fact you forgot despite the "RPG fan" logo on the image you chose.

A man would see that as a difficult challenge.
An elf would see that and despair.
A dwarf would see that and say, "Bring it on."

Said dwarf is missing his foot now, and a random soldier killed the Kite.

Shame it didn't go after his eyes as then he would have blinded by the Kite.

Back to the original question, I've never made anything out of forgotten beast webs but forgotten beast meat/soap/etc is not particularly valuable and afaik all the products of a particular creature use the same value modifier. So, it's likely your forgotten beast web would not be worth very much anyway.

So other then the uniqueness value (how many people have clothed their dwarves in forgotten beast silk mittens?) you likely didn't lose out on much.

Fact 1: Forgotten Beasts, like all randomly generated creatures, have 1 value.

Fact 2: Forgotten Beasts generated with "webs" are missing one of the web-related tags ([WEBBER], I think?) which means they cannot spit/shoot webs.
