Stuff you read at a conspiracy theory site isn't credible

I'm not entirely sure that there IS a credible conspiracy theory out there.

Besides, the text of those EOs are incredibly dense and I could only grasp the fundamentals which basically boiled down to "If Emergency X occurs, FEMA can Y"

Arizona passed a law, declaring that police can pull over anyone on suspicion of being a illegal alien within the country.  Failure to produce documentation can mean imprisonment until deportation.

Arizona heavily relies on privately-run, contracted prison services for housing and maintaining its incarcerated.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, and every one of the Arizona state legislators who voted for the bill, receive substantial campaign contributions from a lobbying firm primarily representing private prison companies.  These contributions shot through the roof during the debate over the papers-bill.

I often wonder if things like this count as "conspiracies", since they can be found out with a little Googling for publicly disclosed information.
