Bioware's sanctioned in-game twitter account just finished a launch story featuring Emily Wong. As with all Twitter stories, remember to not look at the top posts and scroll down to the bottom before you start reading to get the story in correct chronological order.
Any spoilers to worry about? And no, "giant machines are attacking Earth omfg" is not a spoiler :P

Not as far as I can see. There's some details that I could see being potentially relevant after you've played ME3, but that would be speculation on my part.

please let me know if it turns out as good as ME1. I didn't enjoy 2 enough to play more than 3 hours and am skeptical of this one, so please set me straight and part me with my monies!
I preferred ME2 to ME1 so I'm not sure I can give you the advice you want.

Edit: First impressions, everything is blue.

Edit edit: It's funny how in the worst situations, the most disgusting, self-serving, arrogant fellows are now your most valuable assets while all the nice people you loved now seem useless and weak. I appreciate that the game shows this subtly instead of forcing it down your throat. Makes them seem more human and real. Also makes you look at your actions in the previous games that put everyone in their positions.

It is ouu in US and Canada. I'm in Africa but I have access to a satellite link so I could activate my game as if I was in the US.

No Steam release? Origin only? Goddamnit. I thought we were past this?
I'm tired of these bullshit corporate leader type decisions. I know you think you can grow your own service by pulling stunts like this, but what about goodwill? That ever made it into your calculations?

I stuck with the series through an appalling second installment and was sort of looking forward to see how they fucked things up even more in the final chapter. But now this? My money stays in my pocket this time.  >:(

You guys enjoying it? I'm a big fan of ME 1 and 2 (though I did like ME 1 more)...but I would like to finish the storyline. But, supposedly the ending really sucks...people have said what it was, but I don't really want to spoil it for myself.

Doesn't seem to be getting good user reviews on Metacritic...

These are people who never finished the game. The Critics did though, and they're giving good scores.

Overall it's fine, though as always with bioware, the dialogues could've been better written (lot's of cliches in it), though it's understandable since there's tons of the dialogue, it's just that a overused phrase makes my ears bleed. The gameplay is fun, graphics are streamlined, no lags on my oldie with settings on medium.

Good scores with caveats. All I'm reading is, "It's better than other games right now and only play if you want to finish the story from 2."
