Memory layouts for Mac DT clone?

So I was trying to get this Dwarf Therapist clone for Mac OS X working with 31.18; the latest officially supported version is 31.12. I tried to follow these instructions for finding the memory addresses for a new version, but I ran into a brick wall when the Mac port refused to create a debug log file.

Does anyone have the memory layouts for the Mac version of 31.18, or have any tips on getting that (seemingly abandoned?) Mac port to spit out the required debugging information?
