Any AI opponents in a duel are very easily defeated in M&B, as long as you know what you're doing. It works better in multiplayer.

Anyone else read this? A few juicy tidbits on the game, plus some confirmation on things guessed from the trailer.

So, You're flogging the dead horse that vanilla Oblivion sucked ass and had issues?

You wouldn't have to be paying much attention to realise that that wasn't the bent of my post as a whole by any means.

Well not to pick apart the intervue, but it sounds like they stole Might and Magic's combat system and are billing it as their own,  Even when he was decriping finishing moves, bashing, and staggering, it really sounds like they took an old idea and claimed they made a whole new engine out of it.

Well, that is both awesome and asshattish.

Well, they are useful for fighting, sports and platformer games. Everything else a PC does better.

I don't even have a console. But I do have a PS3 controller, because a lot of games play much better with one.

I am already having dread about this game.

I am sensing barely any improvement already. Since other then dragon fights the only thing people talk about involve graphics.

So yay... graphics... the one thing I care the least about.

Actually this seems to hold true with many games. You can usually tell the quality of a sequel by what they talk about while making it.

If it is graphics or Sex appeal then your in trouble (ALA Soul Calibur 4. which while I like it, was somewhat of a disapointment especially for the 'last' game in the series)

Actually I trust Bethesda a lot. They would most certainly not make a shitty game no matter what.
Graphics are mandatory things in Elder scrolls series, The second one had revolutionary graphics and so did the third one and so did the fourth one.

Bethesda's sequel are usually so divisive that fans of the previous games and the fans of the current game spark a flame war.

I thought that was only the case for Oblivion and Arena.
