And you flying around trying to catch and eat him as he falls into the void, slowly sucking up your memory and crashing the game. So in the end Fargoth/Adoring fan/<wood elf of Skyrim> are the real world-eaters.

I kinda like the idea of re-uniting the fractured kingdom. As I understand it, that sounds like a major part of the game.

Assuming you actually got to engage in diplomacy and such, that would be fascinating. Especially if you could fail.

This is a recent Elder Scrolls game (well, future Elder Scrolls game) we're talking about here. I'm not sure how much nuance we can expect.

Who knows, they might expand on the 'stop fighting me!' button from Oblivion.

I loved that. With a high enough personality and luck you could kill people one hitpoint at a time. Managed it on half the Imperial City.

Yeah, I'm all for lots of wilderness, if only so there's a bit of space for mods to add in areas. That said, a variety of different kinds of wilderness would be preferable.
Well, what do you expect in the far north? You basically have two options, taiga and tundra.

What, ever seen pictures of Norway or Sweden? Heard of Fjords? North is not just taiga and tundra.

Looking at the map, I seriously doubt we're going to get fjords, although that would be awesome.

I just want this to be good. Oblivion was not good in my opinion, though mods made it enjoyable.

I really just want a modern Daggerfall [dreamyface.gif]. But this might be fun, too, especially if there's actual diplomacy and not the typical "do five quests for me and I'll join my hated enemies immediately." Could be (PLEASE be) interesting.

My point was merely that north is not = tundra and taiga.

Considering the geography of Tamriel - and probably all of Nirn - is pretty unrealistic, I think that's a piece of lore I'd be happy to see butchered for the sake of eye-candy.
