Alternatively, Skittles. Close enough to skitter or scuttle to be somewhat fitting, also the name of a brightly colored candy so as to be disturbing.

You're probably thinking of Shi ni Gami, which is Death god. Shi no Tenshi is angel of death.

I meant the name Sasori, which was in my memory from Naruto, not Bleach. Angel of Death isn't too suitable as Emperor Scorpion poison is just about as venomous as a bee-sting. Still going with Sasori unless I see anything jaw-dropping.
