Depends.  Online, it's usually not so bad.  Offline, you have a 100% chance of getting called a heretic and stoned on the spot, unless you're joking with friends.

Well, over here in Belgium, we have a tradition of horrible sexual crimes. (Dutroux, Fourniret... There is so many of those pedophile-cum-serial-killer than I cannot remeber all of their names.) So yeah, it is pretty much acceptable to tell pedo jokes.

Aziz Ansari did a stand up special for Comedy Central which included the following routine:

I loved this comedy special and this joke was one of my favorite parts. The subject is funny, especially when kind of satirizing our hyper sensitivity to it.
