Turn 1

Richtofen goes off towards the door at the southern street with furniture and opens it.
You get there with ease due to your speed, but some dork decided to draw this car pretty much flush with the door.
Doors and windows cannot be moved through unless unobstructed. The positioning of furniture directly across counts as obstruction, even if the diagonal is free.

Frustrated, you notice movement in the corner of your vision, when you look down the street you notice a zombie around the corner behind another car, luckily it seems to be unaware of your presence. You better hope it stays oblivious...

Explore the top right building.
You move on towards it, Jason beats you to the window however.

Peer through the NE window(east side) and see if there are any zombies in there. If not, enter through the door next to it, otherwise wait at the window
Inside you see a rather small lobby or foyer. Not much in there besides a chair.

Rotate that car to the north clockwise so its blocking the windows, or at least the doors.
You move the car into position, looks alot less like a car from the side doesn't it?

I'll enter the northeast building with the others.
You would, if you were faster. You get closer anyway.

Gunther, Jason, and McGraw see that the street curves down further, and there appears to be an alleyway.

Not too incredibly productive of a turn, alot of people were simply too far away from any indoors areas. And the good Doctor got trounced by a car. Next turn I expect more interesting things to happen.

Would we have to scavenge to find any items in the "explored" room? Or do you randomly get item(s) upon entrance?

You would have seen an item if the roll was successful. Unfortunately it wasn't.
 When you do find an item(s), you'll know where it is, but not what it is until you pick it up due to limitations.

And so he does. Inside he finds a couch, a pair of tables and... OOH ITEM.

Head southwest till I can see through the window into the northwest building, look for loot.
You look through the window and see what appears to be a nice sized, and proper, lobby. Complete with large desk, waiting seats, and even a pair of plants. You also spot an item laying roughly in the center of the room.
 At the end of the street you also notice a couple of alleyways and a fence.

Enter through the door in the top-right corner.
Continue towards door I was heading to before and enter it. Then search for weapons if there are no zombies inside.
Nothing new inside. And nothing new is discovered by McGraw after he squeezes past Gunther.

Peer through window directly south
You look through the window and discover a mannequin staring you back. The room is particularly small, probably a display area.

Reserving a spot on the wait list, not making a character yet since you might need certain types of guys when some die.
