Hi, im looking to get some good embarks to try out. I would prefer to get something that has a volcano and a river, and hopefully as flat as possible to cut down on lag. Anyone have any suggestions on what to use for my worldgen setting to get something like that, or any tips for embarks/worldgen/general fortress tips?

Sadly there's not much for 31.18 yet though Sir Crashalot posted one that looks quite good and might meet your criteria.
