FWIW I was watching the towns fill up for the past couple hours (loads of fun) and it's taking each town around 50 minutes to fill up. So another option would be to join a town at 8:00. We'd probably be able to get 35 of 40 people into the town, and there'd be less risk of people not using their AP on day one because they didn't have time to login.

Make sure you are in the IRC chat and ready to go by 16:30.

Also, if you noticed from the OP, I've assigned you to your own coalition, so start sending out those invites and organizing that end of it. We still have a lot of independents to drag in!
