New Tile set

In this Graphic set. Dwarves are now represented by the letter 'D'. Intended for people who enjoy their own imagination more than a smiley face.

Military Dwarves have a strike through them to represent power.

Also changed is the symbol for an ass from a 'D' to a 'd' to make it easier to see.
