Hahaha yes but you want a really kick ass gig? Meshuggah. I was there for the last time they played at Sonisphere as well as one of they're single tours.

OMG! I felt like I got violated mentaly and physicaly, not to mention I got a concusion out of the wall of death but it was hands down the best gig I've ever been to.

Another good metal band I'd pescribe is Five Finger Death Punch. Awesome Thrash metal band and are one of the best live bands I've seen.
Checked them out, honestly not a fan at the moment, but I'm REALLY picky.

My eardrums are currently withstanding the assault of the glorious melodies of the Symphony of Science. 'We Are All Connected', specifically.

At the moment, Ryoshima Plains I/II from the Okami OST.
Next up is Love Is War.

In general, some crazy mix of Video Game music, Country, Folk Metal, and Vocaloid.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I wish I weren't so picky about music. It's hard finding metal which is heavy, has really powerful guitars and lots of solos, but sing in low-pitched growl or clean vocals (instead of Death/Black metal screaming or the more high pitched growling) and aren't power metal (hate you so much >.> ) .

Also weird alternative/psychedelic metal is awesome.

Edit: I posted the link and began thinking just what the hell I'm listening to.

Not only is it not actually advertising anything, it's just copy/pasting word salads about gold, runescape, oil, yuan, and handbags.  It's like a transporter accident combined all the spambots into one shambling mass of online sales.

Ghost in the Shell! Love that series and rewatch it every now and then.

Fear Factory - Archetype album. Really like the Nirvana tribute of School on that album.
