thank you for all the information! hopefully other newbies come along this thread and learn like me.  NOW finally my last question; what about multigrasp? do we enable it ourselves or is it automatic?

AFAIK it's automatic; either you need two hands or you don't. Although, it is possible that you can toggle it yourself by using a shield with multigrasp weapons like pikes and 2H swords. Maybe. I'll need to test this later, when I can get ahold of some...

If you get an opening, stab the head. It's a really easy way to end fights, if you don't have the time to make them suffer endlessly without their guts. Slashing the head is usually ineffective unless you are skilled enough to sever it.

Now, When you wrestle someone, and grab there throat with your upper arm; you can take them down, then strange, then choke.

What other special body parts are their to grab.  Cause if you grab say there head, all i can do is take down or throw.

I don't think anybody noted this, but if you grab a head using your hand, you can do a whole bunch of things like gouge eyes, pinch teeth, etc.

Oh I thought that had already been noted in the thread. Gouging eyes is an easy way to cause pain and escape easily.

True...blinding both their eyes makes them near useless only able to counterattack.

also grabbing there shoulder, hip, feet, (dunno about hands yet) you can dislocate all these parts though.
